Your internet access is free when you live in UB’s official on-campus housing, including our residence halls and apartments. With Wi-Fi coverage in every room and common area, it’s easy to stay connected. 

When you live in official UB on-campus housing, you get free cable, free premium channels and an automatic subscription to HBO GO and MAX GO that lets you stream content.

Do your laundry for free, anytime you want! Laundry facilities are conveniently located in each residence hall and apartment building, and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At UB you can send and receive mail and packages just like you do at home. Every residence hall and most apartments have a mail and package center conveniently located on site. 

At UB, all students who live on campus have free access to computers and printers. With a computer lab or business center in every residence hall and apartment complex, it’s easier to get your work done.

If you lose your key or your swipe card isn't working, please report it as soon as possible, so we can fix the problem (and, for lost keys, change your locks if needed). 

At UB, we encourage you to reduce waste and recycle as much as possible. You’ll find many ways to recycle paper, plastic, metal and more in your residence hall or apartment complex.

Students who live on campus are expected to be responsible stewards of the natural environment by promoting environmental awareness, taking personal action and thinking globally. We encourage you to become aware of your energy use and practice conservation—every little bit helps. Here are a few ways that you can be "green" in your everyday life on campus. 

At UB, we take pest control seriously, and have numerous preventative measures in place. If you do find bugs or other pests in your room or apartment, you can submit and monitor a maintenance request online. Emergency coverage is available after hours and on nights and weekends.
