We command all the resources of a flagship university. We are also the only major American research university on an international border. What's more, we live in and laugh at a notoriously lively climate, while the rest of the country stands in amazement and uses our weather as a backdrop for their evening news! Buffalo teaches us to enjoy what we have and not to be afraid to change carefully laid plans. We are rarely bored, and that's what I love about UB.
