Application deadline is 2/1/13. UB's Real Experience and Leadership Mentoring Program (REALM) is a one-day leadership-mentoring program designed to help broaden student leadership perspectives and knowledge of skills needed to be successful in life beyond UB. Students who are accepted into the program will spend the day with a Buffalo-Niagara area leader and attend a reception with all REALM participants. REALM is a leadership-mentoring program and not a career-mentoring service. We cannot guarantee that participants will be matched with a mentor in their career field of interest. Participants will be matched with a prominent leader who will demonstrate leadership and service to the Buffalo-Niagara community.
