Global Competency can be defined as possessing the knowledge, skills, and awareness that enable an individual to interact successfully and responsibly with people of different cultures, experiences, viewpoints, and values. Part III of the Global Competency Workshop Series will focus on action. How do our actions influence others? In this workshop we will talk about how our actions are interconnected with the actions of those in our immediate community and those who live halfway around the world. UB students interested in earning a Global Competency Certificate must register for and attend all three Global Competency Workshops. Certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
