Health & Wellness Workshop
Gentle Hatha Yoga
We'll meet WEDNESDAYS, 2/6/13 - 4/17/13 (with the exception of 3/13). This class focuses on stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups and joints followed by a guided relaxation and short sitting meditation. No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Taught by: Uli Carlino-MacDonald. Register at: workshops.buffalo.edu. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant's responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any new physical activity.
