Health & Wellness Workshop
Fluid Movement Yoga (B)
This workshop meets TUESDAYS, 3/26/13 - 4/16/13. Looking for new ways to reduce stress? Join our instructor, Shelly Hain, for stretch/yoga/movement classes. We welcome all students, faculty and staff to attend. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Register at: workshops.buffalo.edu. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant's responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any new physical activity.
