Fluid Movement Yoga (A)
This workshop meets TUESDAYS, 2/5/13 - 2/26/13. Looking for new ways to reduce stress? Join our instructor, Shelley Hain, for stretch/yoga/movement classes. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Register at: workshops.buffalo.edu. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant's responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any new physical activity.
