Gentle Hatha Yoga
This workshop meets Wednesdays, 2/12/14 - 4/23/14 (except 3/19). This class focuses on stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups and joints followed by a guided relaxation and short sitting meditation. No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Register for this workshop at: workshops.buffalo.edu. Instructor: Uli Carlino-MacDonald. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant's responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any new physical activity.
