Fluid Movement Yoga (B)
This workshop meets Wednesdays, 4/2/14 - 4/23/14. Looking for new ways to reduce stress? Join our instructor, Shelley Hain, for stretch/yoga/movement classes. We welcome all students, faculty and staff to attend. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Register for this workshop at: workshops.buffalo.edu. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury.
