In this class you will create a form in Microsoft Word and convert it into.pdf format using Adobe Acrobat 9.0. During this class you will: •Create a PDF form •Add interactive elements to your form such as, text boxes, buttons, radio buttons, and check boxes. •Add navigation aids •Explore the feature available to save and send a form electronically to participants •Explore the analysis tools available to assist with understanding your results from returned forms Prerequisite: Familiarity with Microsoft Word and experience with creating, editing, formatting, saving and printing basic documents.
