The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure an individual’s psychological preferences. By identifying your personality type and learning the way these type preferences play out in your everyday life (the way you perceive, judge, and reach conclusions), you can work more productively toward a balanced work life. MBTI is used in team building, leadership development, executive coaching, and communication. This half day class will introduce you to the concepts of MBTI and provide you with your MBTI assessment. An online assessment will be sent to you via email for completion.
