Each semester, the Strategic Strength in Cultures and Texts hosts an interdisciplinary workshop, giving participants the opportunity to learn more about ongoing work by Strength-affiliated faculty. These workshops have been continually successful in familiarizing participants in research they may not normally be aware of behind departmental walls.
The Spring '13 workshop will focus on the topic of violence with faculty from the departments of Visual Studies, Transnational Studies, English, History and the Alberti Center for Bullying Abuse Prevention all presenting papers.
