Accrediting agencies, like Middle States, expect ongoing program review based on direct evidence of student learning. Program outcomes must be identified, mapped to program requirements, and assessment methods must be devised to collect data on the extent to student learning outcomes are achieved. This workshop will focus on collecting assessment data for purposes of ongoing review and continuous improvement.

Learning Objectives

• Identify assessment methods that will provide data on the extent to which learning outcomes are being achieved.
• Develop a plan for ongoing review of assessment data and a process for ongoing curricular improvement based on assessment results.
