Gentle Hatha Yoga
Meets Wednesdays, 9/18/13 - 11/20/13. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups and joints followed by a guided relaxation and short sitting meditation. No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Taught by: Uli Carlino-Macdonald.
