Fluid Movement Yoga (B)
Meets Tuesdays 10/29/13 - 11/19/13. Looking for new ways to reduce stress? Join us for this stretch/yoga/movement class. All students, faculty and staff are selcome. Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Taught by: Shelley Hain. Register for this workshop at: workshops.buffalo.edu. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury.
