Learn to improve your relationships with those you report to, those above them, your peers, and with those who report to you. Most importantly, we will be focusing on the relationship with you and your manager, drawing on resources such as Managing Up: How to Forge an Effective Relationship with Those Above You, by Roseanne Badowski, and the Harvard Business Review Guide to Managing Up and Across, as well as drawing on your own experiences. This four hour session is designed to improve your ability to interact effectively at multiple levels in the organization and improve the quality of your work life, also referred to as "Managing Up".
