Intro to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Learn about the only scientifically proven method of stress reduction from UB's own Kim Dobson, MD, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist & Assistant Prof. in the Dept. of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine. MBSR will cultivate the concept of mindfulness & its role in the management of stress. This is an introduction ONLY, with experiential exercises, to the complete MBSR 8 week course, which runs from March 27 through May 15.
