Free Members Only Ethics CLE & Networking Breakfast. Our speakers will present (1) a review of the new uniform statewide rules governing the attorney discipline process in New York (2) an update on the Fourth Department's local adjustments to the implementation of the new statewide rules, and (3) their perspective on proceedings before the grievance committee. Networking breakfast & registration begins at 8 a.m., free parking. Earn 2.0 NYS CLE credits in the area of Ethics and Professionalism (transitional or non-transitional credit).
