UB's Dept. of Media Study (CAS) Ph.D. Candidate Paul Lloyd Sargent will be Chairing a roundtable discussion entitled: "Tactical Media Ecology: Toward Neo-Ecological Practices of Resistance," at the ASLE Biennial conference. As part of this session (E6), his talk is entitled: "A Hydrology of Media: Erie Basin Meets Erie Basin." This roundtable features artist-researchers, curators, activists, and academics examining the possibilities and limitations of emergent eco-art practices. Other guests featured at the roundtable include Dylan Gauthier, Mare Liberum; Ryan Griffis and Sarah Ross; Byron Rich; and Alex Young. Conference runs June 20 - 24, 2017.
