Information session: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Learn about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction presented by UB's Kim Dobson, MD, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist & Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Psychiatry in the School of Medicine. MBSR is a course designed to cultivate the concept of mindfulness and its role in the management of stress. NOTE: This session provides an overview of MBSR. To learn MBSR you must register and attend 8 consecutive weekly classes, 2.5-3 hrs in length. Further information, class schedules & cost will be available at this session. Lunch will be served!
