A discussion of the need for greater collaboration and coordination between various sectors, including public health, medicine, media, justice, and law enforcement, in order to provide holistic services to survivors of sexual violence and achieve meaningful progress in the fight against impunity for these heinous crimes

Speaker: Kathleen Davis, LL.M., JD
Kathleen Davis is a Canadian lawyer working in the field of international criminal law and human rights. She has completed an LL.M. in International Legal Studies at New York University and has interned at the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and UN Women, specializing in the field of conflict-based sexual violence. She has also worked in the litigation department of Torys LLP, and has provided pro bono legal assistance to survivors of sexual violence both at the domestic and global level. Kathleen earned her Juris Doctor from Queen's University and is a member of the Ontario bar
