Gentle Hatha Yoga and Relaxation
This class focuses on stretching and strengthening all major muscle groups and joints followed by a guided relaxation and short sitting meditation. No experience is necessary. Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat if you have one (not required). Please register at workshops.buffalo.edu so we can contact you with any updates/announcements. Please note though that registration does not guarantee a spot in the room -- space is limited so come to class early; first-come, first-served. As with any exercise program, this class may pose some potential risks for its participants. Overexertion and dehydration may cause injury. It is the participant's responsibility to check with a medical provider before engaging in any new physical activity.
