Are you thinking of applying for a "green card" through the Outstanding Professor/Researcher category? This session will discuss the stages of applying: 1) the employer's Outstanding Professor/Researcher petition, and 2) the employee's Adjustment of Status application or immigrant visa application to a U.S. Consulate abroad. It will also explore costs, supporting evidence, processing times, work authorization in the U.S. and authorization to travel outside the U.S. while the case is pending.
