The Lean continuous improvement approach is just as applicable to the design and construction industry, where its principles are being employed to complete projects at a faster pace and lower cost. This four-hour breakfast seminar introduces participants to Lean thinking, and exposes them to examples of how the method’s tools are used in every stage of a project – from design, construction and activation, to maintenance, salvaging and recycling.
