In this course you will learn about the four styles of negotiating, your own personal negotiating style, why a win-win approach is most effective in getting the results you desire. We’ll cover the role of communication in effective negotiating, how to better understand the other persons' needs to produce better results and the value of interest based negotiation and the four strategies that can be used in ensure a successful agreement.
