Effectively resolve conflict and reduce the negative effects of conflict that impact you and your colleagues. In this class we will use The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to help participants understand their dominant conflict management style. Learning how to adapt and confront difficult situations to reach a win-win outcome will increase a person’s effectiveness and help strengthen relationships.
