Home to the local clothing manufacturer, M. Wile Co., from 1924 to 1999, this example of a "daylight factory" is on the National Register of Historic Places. The property was eventually purchased in 2000 by developer Stephen McGarvey, who transformed it into office space as part of his Century Centre II renovations.
