Are you having trouble finding a mentor? Do you need professional guidance, but don't know where to start? Are you unsure how to best support your mentee? This webinar will provide guidance for mentees and mentors alike on how to find and foster mentoring relationships. Dr. Melissa Rayhill has experience steming from her time in medical education, as a student, trainee and faculty member, but all the concepts can be applied to nearly all professional settings.

About Dr. Melissa Rayhill
Dr. Melissa Rayhill, MD '10, is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Rayhill completed her undergraduate studies at Boston University. She then graduated from UB cum laude where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her Internship and Residency at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts where she served as Chief Resident. She then went on to complete a Fellowship in Headache Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School Program at the John R. Graham Headache Center. Since completing her training, she served as the Associate Director of the Neurology Clerkship at UB Medical School, was named a Fellow of the American Headache Society, and will be assuming the role of Neurology Residency Program Director in July 2020. She practices at UBMD Neurology at Conventus, as well as UBMD Neurology’s Williamsville office. Dr. Rayhill also serves on the inpatient Neurology Consult Service at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute.
