This one hour session, available at your department location or at Crofts Hall, will help new Inventory coordinators understand their role, refresh current Inventory coordinators of their role and provide department administrators with an overview of the university’s inventory requirements.
The Managing Equipment Policy specifies the requirements for
identifying and recording University equipment and establishes the
guidelines for equipment security and accountability.
UB faculty and staff who are departmental inventory coordinators
Should have direct responsibility or supervisory involvement with department Inventory records.
