Use Your Strengths to Standout (Part 2)

This follow-up to the Discover Your Strengths class builds on the work of the Gallup Organization and the theory of focusing on your strengths. It teaches you to capitalize on your top two strength roles to reveal your edge at work.

This half-day class uses the StandOut Assessment to provide additional insight and recommended actions for you to take the next step with your self-discovery and differentiate yourself from other colleagues. It provides guidance for you to maximize your potential and make more of an impact at work. This class is offered at least once a quarter.
