Transitioning Through Change

Familiarize yourself with your natural responses to change by taking the Change Management Effectiveness Profile. Develop strategies to improve your ability to effectively navigate changes in your work environment and ultimately become a change agent.

In this half-day class, you will learn to navigate your changing work environment; as well as learn to help others transition through change. This class is offered at least once a quarter.
