Coach Employees to Excellence

This class provides an opportunity to refine and practice your coaching skills using the GROW Coaching Model.

The basic principles of coaching are examined to highlight the impact effective coaching can have on your employees. Emphasis is placed on the essential communication skills that are needed to successfully coach employees. This class is offered at least once a quarter.
