Stress Less Retreat

Leave your stress behind: Discover and explore a myriad of techniques, resources and information proven to reduce your stress.

Stress getting you down? Faculty, staff, families and retirees can learn better ways to handle the pressure of everyday living at a free “Stress Less Retreat” on Wednesday, April 17, sponsored by the UB Employee Assistance Program. Continental Breakfast and Healthy Lunch will be provided. Guest Speakers to be announced at a later date. We will have Therapy Dogs, Massage Therapists, and an Aromatherapist there!
