Spend a half day with us learning from keynote speaker Mary Jo
Parker on how to Eat Well to Live Well and from other stress
reduction experts. Sign up for Body and Mind Mini Spa sessions
including reflexology and aromatherapy ($10) and therapeutic
massage ($10/10 minutes). Your stress will melt away with a visit
to the therapy dogs. The day will also include stress-reducing
dance instruction and 30-minute yoga sessions and will end in a
free healthy lunch.
