Meditation: Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique (IAMT)

Reduce stress and anxiety by learning this meditation technique.

IAMT utilizes simple yoga postures, breathing, visualization and sound. Once learned, it can be practiced in 20 minutes. If used regularly, it helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
