Withdraw an Order

In ShopBlue, you can withdraw orders that you no longer want or need to receive.

How to Withdraw an Order

1. Go to Pending Requisitions

If you have placed an order, then realize that you no longer need your order, ShopBlue makes it easy to withdraw your order. From the “Shopping Home Page” scroll down to “My Requisitions” at the very bottom of the page and click “Pending” (Figure 1).

2. Select Requisition to Withdraw

Next, select the Requisition that you would like to withdraw (Figure 2).

3. Withdraw Entire Requisition

At the top of the Summary page click  “Withdraw Entire Requisition” if you would like to cancel the entire order (Figure 3).

4. Withdraw Line Items

If you would like to withdraw one specific line item, scroll down to “lines”. Select the line item you would like withdrawn by clicking the three dots next to it, then click “Withdraw Item” (Figure 4).

5. View Order Changes

After withdrawing your order, you can view your changes by clicking “Comments/Business Purpose” (Figure 5).
