American Express RF PCard Account Features

Manage your American Express PCard account features.

Register Your Card Account

  1.  Visit www.americanexpress.com/checkyourbill
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a User ID and password.
  3. Continue with registration by entering your Card account information and other personal identification.
  4. Upon reaching the Welcome Page, proceed as desired through the Manage Your Card Account functions:
  • For all American Express Cards registered, the current Statement Balance, Payment Due, Payments Received and Total Recent Card Activity amounts appear.
  • You can view detailed transaction information and access additional functionality by clicking the text links below the amounts in each section.

You can also:

  • Access account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Track billed activity for the past six months
  • Review statement closing date, spending limit information, total balance and open-to-buy amount
  • Initiate charge inquiries and disputes
  • View the US Dollar-equivalent of foreign currency charge transactions
  • Download statement detail in Excel, Lotus 1,2,3 or any other spreadsheet program
  • Enroll in Alerts for Out of Pattern Spend, Close to Your Limit, Payment Received, Statement Ready
