Getting an RF Procurement Card

Read and agree to the terms and conditions.  Complete and submit an application for a Research Foundation PCard.


Faculty or staff with a current appointment at UB who have the authority to charge expenses to a Research Foundation account.

Applying for an RF PCard

  1. Complete pages 1 and 2 of the UB Research Foundation American Express Procurement Card application form and agreement
  2. Print the form
  3. Sign the form
  4. Obtain the required approval signatures
  5. Scan a copy for your files if desired
  6. Fax the signed form to 716-645-2687 or
    mail to:
    Procurement Card Administration
    224 Crofts Hall
    North Campus
  7. Allow 3 weeks for the card to arrive and receive notification from the Procurement office


You will be contacted to schedule a training session.  Training is a requirement for the issuance and usage of the PCard.
