Criteria For Distribution

  • The discretionary awards will be performance-based for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. The primary criterion for all employees is true excellence in performance
  • The discretionary awards can be used to redress for salary inequities, especially in cases where the quality and quantity of an individual’s performance significantly surpass expectations and current compensation
Earmarked Pool Dollars

28% of the total SUNY pool is earmarked for distribution to part-time employees. Consequently, in addition to indicating the amount recommended, you should be prepared to prioritize your recommendations.

  • All recommendations must be entered in DART by the date indicated in the tool access email
  • Awards will be paid in PP18, check dated December 14, 2016
  • Verbal notification can be given to individuals starting December 5, 2016
