UB faculty and staff can now access the Spring 2015 schedule of free classes offered by Organizational Development and Training (OD&T) including two upcoming Supervisors' Learning Forum (SLF) workshops. The spring schedule includes dates from April through June 2015 for over 40 classes covering career and personal development, as well as software and computer topics.

Storytelling: A Powerful Tool for Leaders is the topic for March's SLF workshop. Learn how to better craft the stories of your department and for the people you lead. Join the session to consider, plan, and embrace the use of stories for the everyday work world.

Learn how to connect strategic planning/goal setting with assessment efforts and creating a unit scorecard in April's SLF workshop titled, Scorecards and Assessments: A Guide to Demonstrating Success.

All UB faculty and staff members are encouraged to attend classes and registration must be completed in advance at buffalo.edu/employeelearning.
