Two New Training Classes For UB Faculty and Staff

Learn about two new free training classes offered this spring, in addition to 40+ free offerings for faculty and staff.

UB faculty and staff can register for two new free training classes offered by Organizational Development and Training (OD&T).

  • Leading Change: Take the Leading Change class to learn how to improve your capacity for leading people through change. The next class will be on April 20, 2017 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • The Power of Trust: What It Means for Supervisors:  Attend The Power of Trust: What It Means for Supervisors to learn how to improve relationships within your department and improve work outcomes by focusing on the key management skill of building trust. The next class will be on May 2, 2017 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

UB faculty and staff can now access the Spring 2017 schedule of free classes offered from April through June 2017. The spring schedule includes over 40 classes covering career and personal development, as well as software and computer topics.

All UB faculty and staff members are eligible to attend and registration must be completed in advance at buffalo.edu/employeetraining. Classes are interactive and experiential to ensure knowledge and skills can be directly applied to your role on campus.
