Employees who were directed to leave because of the South Campus power outage on Wednesday, 9/9/2015, do not have to charge leave accruals.  
Independence Day falls on Saturday this year. The Governor’s Office of Employee Relations has advised UB that another day will not be designated as a holiday in lieu of July 4, 2015.  
You are not required to charge vacation or holiday accruals, if you are eligible, to cover your absence on November 19, 2014.
