Dates Posted for CSEA Employee Increases

Eligibile state employees represented by CSEA will see retroactive salary increases, longevity lump sum payments and performance advances in paychecks dated 10/4, 10/18 and 11/1/17.

Payment and Check Details

April 2016 and April 2017 Retroactive Salary Increases

Retroactive two percent (2%) salary increases for April 2016 and April 2017 will be paid to all CSEA employees in the check dated 10/4/2017.

Overdue October 2016 and April 2017 Longevity Lump Sum Payments

Due to the expiration of the previous contract, Longevity Lump Sum payments were not paid in October 2016 and April 2017 to CSEA employees who were eligible. The payments were meant to be one-time, lump sum payments in the amount of $1,250 for 5-9 years of continuous service at the current job rate (base salary) or $2,500 for 10+ years of continuous service at the current job rate (base salary). These payments will now be processed in a separate check dated 10/4/2017.

Current October 2017 Longevity Lump Sum Payments

The current CSEA contract provides for payment of the 2017-18 Longevity Payment effective October 2017 as a one-time, lump sum payment in the amount of $1,250 for 5-9 years of continuous service at the current job rate (base salary) or $2,500 for 10+ years of continuous service at the current job rate (base salary). These payments will be processed in a separate check dated 10/18/2017.

Current October 2017 Performance Advances

The current CSEA contract provides for payment of performance advances to eligible CSEA employees. The October 2017 CSEA Performance Advances will be paid in the check dated 11/1/2017.
