Leave your stress behind — discover and explore a myriad of techniques, resources and information proven to reduce stress at the annual Stress Less Retreat on April 26, 2017, presented by UB Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

UB faculty, staff, retirees and family members can register now for EAP's Stress Less Retreat on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm in the Center for Tomorrow.

The free half-day event features keynote speaker Mary Jo Parker, MS, RDN, CDN who will speak on the topic of Eat Well, Live Well: A Pathway Toward Less Stress.

Other presentations and opportunities include:

  • Yoga (Introduction and Yoga Nidra)
  • Dance Your Stress Away
  • Chair Massages ($1 per minute)
  • Body & Mind Mini Spa ($10)
  • Therapy Dogs

The event will wrap-up with a free healthy lunch.
