New State Fringe Rates For 2015-16

The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) officially announced the fringe benefit rates for the 2015-16 fiscal year.

Effective Date

These rates are effective as of July 1, 2015


These fringe rates apply to personal service regular (PSR) and temporary service expenditures on the following types of accounts:

  • Income Fund Reimbursable (IFR)
  • State University Tuition Reimbursable Accounts (SUTRA) (NOT designated as summer session)

For SUTRA accounts designated as summer session the fringe rate charged on revenue.  (see summer session rate below)
