Attend Active Shooter Training Sessions

Your University at Buffalo Police are presenting training on how the university community should respond in the unlikely event of an active shooter on campus.

Attend training sessions to learn what an active shooter situation is and what you can expect from the University Police and the UB Alert System. Learn the Run, Hide, Fight method devised by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Training sessions are free and open to all members of the university community.

Training sessions will be held at the following dates and locations:

  • March 7 at 12:00 p.m. in the Student Union — Pride & Tradition Room 330 
  • March 9 at 3:30 p.m. in the Student Union — Pride & Tradition Room 330
