How to Report Issues

Report issues that are reported by Siteimprove by the issue number and the scan date as well as the published page on which the issue occurs. You do not need to report all occurrences of the issue. This includes issues with centrally-authored, shared content.

Report any issues identified through functional testing, such as tab order.

  1.  Review list of known issues to make sure your issue is NOT on the list already
  2.  Review your Siteimprove scan to collect:
    1. The most recent scan date (look in Accessibility > Overview)
    2. The issue number of the error or warning
  3. Submit one Siteimprove or functional issue per submission

Issues with Shared Content

If you are having issues with shared content coming from another site, and know which unit authors the content, please reach out to that unit and report the issue.

If you are having issues with shared content and don't know to whom it belongs OR it belongs to University Communications, let us know by submitting a report.
