Teresa M. Skelton, B.S. 1990, earned a master of science degree in software engineering from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. Previously, she worked for 12 years with NCR in Dayton, OH, as well as AT&T in Holmdel, NJ. She is a stay-at-home mom and resides in Perrineville, NJ.

Praphul Misra, M.B.A. 1991, is the director and CEO of NetCarrots.com, located in New Delhi, India. He relocated to India in 1996 after working for several companies in the market research industry in Dallas, TX. Misra married Sukanya Misra, M.A. 1991, who heads international risk information management at American Express in India. They reside in New Delhi.

Gary M. Smith, M.B.A. 1991, has been an associate professor and chair of the business and management division at Keuka College in Keuka Park, NY, for more than 10 years. Smith also taught in the People's Republic of China during the Fall 2002 semester at both Tianjin University of Science and Technology and Qiqihar University. He lives in Penn Yan, NY.

Laurie A. Smith Wooden, B.A. 1991 & B.A. 1991, has joined the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Chevy Chase, MD, as vice president of operations strategy. She is responsible for determining guests' needs and finding the products and services to meet those needs. She lives in Ellicott City, MD.

Marc A. Burns, B.A. 1992, has joined Allied Security as vice president of business development for the company's metro region, based in Elmsford, NY. In this position, he will be responsible for new business development in the metro region, which includes the New York counties of Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess and Ulster, as well as the states of New Jersey, Connecticut and western Massachusetts. Burns resides in Valley Cottage, NY.

Paula J. Freedman, B.A. 1992, has been a senior project manager in the Internet group at Scholastic Inc. in New York, NY, since 1999. She lives in New York.

James H. Kyles, M.S. 1992 & B.S. 1982, has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of Parson's industrial division. In this role, he is responsible for engineering and construction work with heavy industry worldwide, including clients in the chemical, manufacturing, petroleum and utilities market sectors. Kyles is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Water Environment Federation. He lives in Tonawanda, NY.

David P. Nalbone, B.A. 1992, is an assistant professor of psychology at Purdue University Calumet, located in Hammond, IN. Prior to this position, he spent two years as a visiting assistant professor of psychology at Hamilton College in Clinton, NY. Nalbone resides in Hammond.

Christina R. Shrewsbury, M.M. 1992, is the director of music ministry at Christ the King Church in Snyder, NY. She recently performed an all-Mendelssohn organ recital as part of the St. Paul's Cathedral of Buffalo, NY's 40th anniversary season. She is also conducting the 150th anniversary concert for the historical pilgrimage shrine in Cheektowaga, NY. She resides in East Amherst, NY.

David B. Kirk, B.S. 1993, has been promoted to major in the United States Marine Corps. Kirk is a CH-53D helicopter pilot and is serving at Training Squadron 27, Naval Air Station, as a T-34 mentor flight instructor. He served with the 2nd Battalion 23 Marines in Operation Iraqi Freedom as a forward air controller. Kirk resides in Corpus Christie, TX.

Mark D. Mantel, Ph.D. 1993, is the founder and executive director of FestivaLong Beach, an international interdisciplinary performance festival that is planned for Long Beach, CA. He is also the founder and executive director of B61MOD11 Records. In the past, Mantel has written for dance, experimental theater, multimedia, cross-disciplinary collaborations and the orchestra. He made his European conducting debut at Darmstadt, Germany, in 1992 and remains active as a conductor and improviser in the U.S. and Europe. Mantel lives in Long Beach.

Michelle M. Parker, J.D. 1993, is an attorney for the Buffalo, NY, law firm of O'Shea, Reynolds & Cummings. She has been elected to a three-year term as a director of the Bar Association of Erie County, and has previously served as chair of the association's negligence and young lawyers committees. Parker is an adjunct instructor in the paralegal studies program at Hilbert College and resides in Derby, NY.

David Paul, Ed.M. 1993, is the dean for student and administrative services at the Medical Center Campus of Miami-Dade Community College in Miami, FL. Previously, he was the director of ACCESS Counseling and Career Services at Miami-Dade. He lives in Boynton Beach, FL.

Jennifer Wicher, B.S. 1993, has graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Phoenix, AZ, which is one of only four accredited schools in North America that offers a naturopathic medicine program. She will be practicing in Pasadena, CA, where she resides.

Susan C. Bronstein, M.B.A. 1994, was recently appointed director of human resources for Jamestown Community College in Jamestown, NY. In addition, she teaches each spring in the University at Buffalo's Millard Fillmore College. Bronstein resides in Hamburg, NY.

Robert A. Coniglio, Ed.M. 1994 & B.A. 1991, was appointed principal of the Iroquois Central School District in Elma, NY, effective August 2003. He has been employed at the district for the past nine years as teacher, assistant principal and interim principal. He resides in Snyder, NY.

Dana J. Levit, B.A. 1994 & B.A. 1993, is an associate with the Back Bay Financial Group (BBFG), located in Boston, MA. She earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board of Standards and is a financial writer for And Baby magazine, as well as for BBFG's client base. She lives in East Walpole, MA.

Alexandra M. Marzucco-Wehr, B.S. 1995, was promoted to vice president of corporate banking for the Western New York district of Key Bank, where she is responsible for managing corporate banking portfolios. She is also a board member of People Inc. and Studio Arena Theatre in Buffalo, NY. She lives in Williamsville, NY.

Heather J. Sorvillo, B.A. 1995, received her master's degree from New York University and is now the coordinator for a competitive employment program serving deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in the metropolitan New York area. She resides in New York, NY.

Susan Berardini, Ph.D. 1996, has been awarded tenure and promotion to associate professor of Spanish at Pace University in New York, NY. She has been teaching at Pace since 1997 and resides in Montclair, NJ.

Samantha Dow, B.A. 1996, joined the corporate/energy capital markets group at the law firm of Dewey Ballantine LLP in New York, NY, where she resides.

Nicole C. Flesvig, M.A. 1996 & B.A. 1993, has been teaching French at Naples High School in Naples, FL, for the past eight years. She won a Florida State University scholarship for French teachers that allowed her to spend the summer of 2000 studying in Paris at the Institut Catholique. In Fall 2003, she began teaching French and pursuing her doctorate in second language acquisition at Florida State University. She lives in Naples.

Donald Levin, Ph.D. 1996, received the 2003 Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching at Marygrove College in Detroit, MI. Levin is an associate professor of English at Marygrove and editor of the college literary journal, The Maxis Review. He resides in Ferndale, MI.

Heather P. McDivitt, Ed.M. 1996, received her master of divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, NJ, the largest Presbyterian seminary in the country. She also received the Charles J. Reller Abiding Memorial Fund Award for Christian Concern for Others at the school's 191st commencement ceremony on May 17, 2003. She lives in Olean, NY.

Paul Agutter, B.S. 1997, is a geotechnical engineer at Patton Harris Rust & Associates (PHRA) in Chantilly, VA, where he has worked for four years. PHRA is a consulting firm providing civil engineering, surveying, planning and landscape architecture to public- and private-sector clients. He lives in Leesburg, VA.

Daniel W. Barwick, Ph.D. 1997, is an associate professor of philosophy and interim coordinator of assessment at Alfred State College in Alfred Station, NY. Barwick joined Alfred State six years ago, and has since created and operated the school's honors program. In May 2003, he was elected president of the New York State Association of Scholars at the group's annual meeting in New York, NY. He resides in Dansville, NY.

William H. Dresnack, J.D. 1997, was named department chair of the department of business administration and economics at SUNY Brockport, where he is an associate professor. In the 1999-2000 academic year, he received the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching, as well as the Outstanding Service to Student Award in recognition of his extraordinary dedication to students outside the classroom. Dresnack is also the president of the Rochester chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs and is active in the American Accounting Association and the New York State Bar Association. He resides in Brockport, NY.

James A. Musto, B.A. 1997, is a program manager in the telecommunications and information technology industry working for Electronic Data Systems in Rochester, NY. Musto recently completed his master of science degree in human resource development at St. John Fisher College, also located in Rochester, where he resides.

Melissa Nickson, J.D. 1997 & B.A. 1994, is a trial attorney with Phillips Lytle in Buffalo, NY. Nickson concentrates her practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis on business litigation. In July 2003, she was accepted as a member of Leadership Buffalo's Rising Leaders, Class of 2004. She lives in Orchard Park, NY.

Ahmad Salehuddin Mohd Ramly, B.S. 1997, is a consultant in Malaysia, where he markets properties and land to buyers. Also an educational consultant, Ramly markets Malaysian colleges to Indonesian students and brings Malaysian medical, pharmacy and dentistry students to Indonesia. Ramly resides in Malaysia.

Marie Toenniessen, B.S. 1997, is a frequent lecturer on reproductive endocrinology as an adjunct professor of pharmacy at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences. She is a full-time mom of five children and lives in Mansfield, MA.

Deborah B. Bucki, Ph.D. 1998 & M.S. 1978, received endorsements from the Democratic and Working Families Parties and ran for one of three positions on the Amherst Town Board in the November 2003 election. Bucki currently serves on the Amherst Youth Board and has represented her district as a member of the town's Democratic committee since 1994.

Decio Torres Cruz, Ph.D. 1998, is a teacher and research developer at the Federal University of Bahia and the State University of Bahia, both located in Brazil. In 2001, he published Ingles.com.Textos Para Informatica, which highlights reading strategies in English for college students in the computer science field. Cruz lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

David L. Ewing Jr., B.S. 1998, is a project leader in Steam Turbine e-Engineering at GE Power Systems in Schenectady, NY. In the past, he has served as a design engineer at GE and as a design engineer at Cooper Turbocompressor in Buffalo, NY. He resides in Schenectady.

Megan E. Connolly, Ed.M. 1999 & B.A. 1997, is the president of Education Outbound in Manchester, MA, a nonprofit organization that sponsors educational field trips for underprivileged children. She also teaches children's fitness classes. Connolly resides in Manchester.

Toni L. Frain, J.D. 1999, is an attorney at Kavinoky & Cook in Buffalo, NY. Previously, she worked for three years at Phillips Lytle, also in Buffalo. Frain lives in Amherst, NY.

Karen S. Prior, Ph.D. 1999 & M.A. 1992, was awarded the 2003 President's Award for Teaching Excellence from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where she is an assistant professor of English. Her book Hannah More's Coelebs in Search of a Wife: A Review of Criticism and a New Analysis (Edwin Mellen Press), was published in October 2003. Prior lives in Amherst, VA.
