Upcoming UB Alumni Association Awards Programs
Save these dates! Two important UB Alumni Association traditions continue, with the Athletic Hall of Fame and the Celebration of Excellence award ceremonies. Both events are open to UB alumni and the public, and we hope you will join us!

Athletic Hall of Fame
Each year, the UB Alumni Association honors a select group of both UB athletes and athletics professional staff through election to the UB Athletic Hall of Fame. This year's induction ceremony will take place Friday, February 6, 2004, at the Center for Tomorrow. The evening highlights the importance of athletes and athletics to the students, faculty and alumni of UB.

Celebration of Excellence Dinner
On Friday, April 23, 2004, the UB Alumni Association will hold its annual Celebration of Excellence Dinner in honor of alumni and friends of UB who have made meritorious contributions to the university and the world community. Join us at 6 p.m. at the Buffalo/Niagara Marriott as we honor the recipients of the 2004 Alumni Association Awards. Past recipients have included CNN correspondent Wolf Blitzer, B.A. '70; NPR science correspondent Ira Flatow, B.S. '71 and actor Ron Silver, B.A. '67.

For more information on either celebration, call the UB Alumni Association at 1-800-284-5382, or visit us online at www.alumni.buffalo.edu.
