Robert S. Swiatek, Ed.M. 1966 & Ed.M. 1966, has published the Read My Lips Cookbook (Infinity Publishing, 2002), a compilation of cuisine he encountered on his journey through the northeastern United States. Aside from cooking, Swiatek works as a computer software consultant and has worked at various companies on the East Coast. Swiatek previously taught mathematics at high schools in Binghamton, NY and Hopewell Junction, NY, as well as in Mahwah, NJ. Swiatek, who has been cooking for himself and others for more than 30 years, resides in Buffalo, NY.
