She has conducted grant-supported research on the neuropsychological effects of alcohol and cocaine abuse. She is serving as the chief of the Dent Memory Disorders Clinic in Buffalo, N.Y. Her areas of specialization include differential diagnosis of dementias and traumatic brain injury.
